Welcome
A love story between the mountains and the desert.
At Four, the rugged peaks of Colorado meet the sun-soaked deserts of the Southwest. Our seasonal four-course tasting menu tells the story of this union, blending wild game, river fish, farm harvests, and foraged treasures into a cuisine rooted in the Four Corners.
Every plate is a reflection of balance—earth and fire, tradition and innovation, heritage and creativity. Guests are invited to explore this journey with hand-crafted cocktails, curated wines, and local craft beers designed to complement the flavors of the land.
Chef Brother Luck reimagines Southwestern dining as an intimate experience where landscapes, cultures, and flavors converge.
