Brother Luck, owner of Brother Luck Street Eats, 1005 W Colorado Ave., continues to expand and tweak his brand. He’s gearing up for his new restaurant concept, Four by Brother Luck, which will open in the spring at 321 N. Tejon St. (currently Coquette’s Bistro).
Having a name like Brother Luck is almost as much as any chef needs in the way of publicity. But Luck and a growing number of other Colorado chefs are getting additional attention from recent appearances on the Food Network’s Chopped and other television shows.
Just down the road from Denver, Colorado Springs will count Four by Brother Luck, among its new restaurants this spring. Set at 321 N. Tejon Street, the upcoming venue is the creation of chef Brother Luck, who at one point won Food Network’s Beating Bobby Flay and made it to the final of a Chopped episode.
Four by Brother Luck will feature a menu of New American fare with a focus on the historical cuisine of the four corners region where Utah, Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado touch boarders.
